This page explains, in plain words, what personal information we collect on this website and how we use it.
Who we are
Ibtikar Lab Innovative Solutions & Consultancy, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us on this website.
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company or school, and your message or request. Trainer applicants can also send a CV and a portfolio link. When you book a call, our booking calendar (Cal.com) asks for your name, email and the time you choose.
Why we use it
To reply to you, prepare proposals, review trainer applications, and tell you when a new workshop opens if you asked us to. When you send a form, we email you one confirmation. We do not send you marketing emails you did not ask for.
Where it is kept
Form answers and CVs are stored securely with Supabase. Our emails are sent through Resend, the website runs on Vercel, and call bookings are handled by Cal.com. These services may keep data on servers outside the UAE, and they only handle it on our behalf.
Who can see it
Only the Ibtikar Lab team. We never sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it. Messages and requests: up to 2 years. Trainer applications and CVs: up to 1 year. Notify-me lists: until you ask us to remove you.
Cookies
We use one small cookie to remember your language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The booking calendar may set its own cookies when you use it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to take you off a notify-me list. Email info@ibtikarlab.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Under 18
Our forms are meant for adults. A parent or guardian should fill them in for anyone under 18.

If we change this page, we will update the date below.
