Registration and payment
Your seat is confirmed once payment is complete. You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket.
No refunds
Workshop fees are non-refundable once you register, because your seat is held for you and cannot be offered to anyone else. If you cannot attend, you can transfer your seat to another person by telling us at least 48 hours before the workshop.
When we refund
If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, you can choose a full refund or a seat on the new date. In serious cases, such as a medical emergency with proof, we may offer credit toward a future workshop. This is at our discretion.
Photos and videos
We take photos and videos during our workshops. By registering, you agree that Ibtikar Lab may use them on our website, social media and marketing materials. If you prefer not to appear, tell our team at the start of the workshop and we will make sure you are not featured.
Participants under 18
Participants under 18 must be registered by a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf, including the use of photos and videos.
Safety
Participants must follow the trainers' safety instructions and wear the protective equipment provided. Anyone who does not follow the safety rules may be asked to stop using the tools.
Certificates
Certificates are issued to participants who complete the workshop, after our team confirms their attendance. They are sent by email.
Changes
We may change the workshop content, trainer or venue when needed. We will tell you in advance.
